Jesse Bethke Gomez, MMA, Executive Director
Jesse serves as the chief executive officer for Metropolitan Center for Independent Living, reports to the Board of Directors and is an ex-officio member of the Board of the Directors and all Committees of the Board of Directors.
Nicolette Evan, Director of Human Resources & Interim Director of Home Based Services
Oversees HR functions for the organization.
Oversees Personal Assistance Services, which provide support to consumers receiving Personal Care Assistance or Homemaker Services within the seven-country metro area.
Kelly Krantz, Director of Independent Living
Oversees Core Services, Independent Living and Vocational Rehabilitation (IL/VR), the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (W.I.O.A.) Informed Choice Team, and Relocation Services. Core Services include the following:
- Individual Advocacy
- Independent Living Skills Training and Classes
- Youth Transition Services
- Peer Mentoring
- Home Modification and Ramp Information and Referral Assistance
Jenni Schwartz, Director of Case Management
Oversees waivered services for individuals who are enrolled in the Hennepin or Ramsey County Community Access for Disability Inclusion Waiver (CADI), Brain Injury Waiver (BI), and Elderly Waiver (EW).
Cindy Tarshish, Director of ADA Minnesota
Oversees the ADA Minnesota Program, a statewide venture created to advance awareness and provide constructive guidance related to the 1990 Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). ADA Minnesota is affiliated with the Great Lakes ADA Center in Chicago, Illinois.
Bob Teigen, Director of Accounting
Oversees the accounting and business operational functional areas including accounting, payroll, tax, and audit functions of the agency.
Kristen Zemek, Director of Disability Hub MN
Oversees Disability Hub MN, in partnership with the Disability Services Division from the Minnesota Department of Human Services.
