Five Major Strategies
- Strategy I: Build-up and continually improve MCIL services, advancing customer value, results, and community impact.
- Strategy II: In MCIL’s scope of thought leadership, mobilize solutions against issues that impede human dignity and independent living for families, youth, and individuals with disabilities.
- Strategy III: Secure and strengthen MCIL’s workforce, leadership, and Board of Directors.
- Strategy IV: Increase financial sustainability and strengthen the agency’s infrastructure.
